Relationship Calibration Process
The Relationship Calibration Process (RCP)™ is a web-based, interactive intervention that:
- Identifies specific issues, challenges, and opportunities
- Develops solutions that are owned by the supervisor, direct report, and the organization
- Builds effective work relationships that encourage participants to engage and contribute to the organization Enables “straight talk”
- Determines an employee's satisfaction with an organization and the likelihood of that employee to stay or leave
