Whether in the capacity of a facilitator, a consultant or a coach, she helps clients accomplish their goals through authentic inquiry and dialogue, genuine support, and cultivation of a learning mindset. As a result, individuals and teams move toward change and innovation through strengthened relationships, real communication and action that is aligned with their intent, values and goals.

After beginning her career in adult education and curriculum development, Gretchen transitioned into consulting with organizations such as Baxter Healthcare Corporation, PricewaterhouseCoopers, Nationwide Insurance, Outward Bound and the University of Chicago Medical Center. She offers a breadth of expertise in a variety of industries, including construction, financial services, healthcare, information technology, government and education.

Gretchen has a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology from the University of Michigan and a certificate in Evidence-Based Coaching from Fielding Graduate University. She earned a Professional Certified Coach credential from the International Coaching Federation.
