Stephanie Roemer, MS

Senior Consultant

Inclusion is my passion. When individuals feel included, they thrive personally and professionally. They are engaged and contribute at higher levels. Growing up as an introverted, extremely shy, Multicultural girl, I had a hard time feeling included, figuring out how to be part of a group, and finding and using my voice. I know firsthand the toll that feeling excluded can take on someone. It took me many years to figure this out for myself, which is why I’m committed to coaching organizations and leaders to understand the value of Inclusion while empowering others to find and use their voice."
