Potomac, Md., March 29, 2021—Alignment Strategies announced today the official launch of the “Workin’ It Out Podcast,” a show that takes a critical look at diversity, equity and inclusion issues in society, how they show up in the workplace and the solutions that can move us forward. Hosted by the company’s founder and CEO, Vanessa Weaver, PhD., the series features conversations with thought leaders who offer fresh insights and perspectives and actionable steps to create real-life change.
“The past year has brought into sharp focus the need for a strong commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion and what can be accomplished when people of different backgrounds come together,” said Vanessa Weaver, host of the “Workin’ It Out Podcast.” “It’s also made apparent the divisions that are caused by resistance to difference and the negative, and sometimes tragic, outcomes that can occur as a result. Our podcast aims to shine a light on the diversity and inclusion issues that arise at work and in our personal lives and provide solutions to overcome them.”
Workin’ It Out episodes are available at workinitoutpodcast.com and on Apple Podcast, Spotify, Amazon Music and Stitcher. New episodes are released every week.
